"PascaleElectric, and particularly Mark Pascale himself, are a breath of fresh air in a field where arrogance & inadequacy seem to be the norm. I am a Project Manager for a mid-size commercial general contracting firm, and I deal with dozens of sub-contractors every day. Field conditions, product availability, and man-power are situations we deal with daily. Mark breaks the mold of your typical sub-contractor, by first genuinely accepting our problems as his own. He has alternate solutions for all of the above and does it with a smile. I've only know Pascale Electric for a few years, but in those years, they have restored my faith in the relationship a general contractor and sub-contractor should have - one with a common goal, which is to give the client an above-satisfactory job at a reasonable price, knowing that they will get the call for the next project.

Mark is a gentleman to work with and his company is a reflection of him and I do recommend them to any one that asks."

Porcelanosa Flagship Showroom, Paramus NJ
Commercial/Retail/New Construction

Faced with an empty lot and a looming deadline, we took this flagship showroom project in stride. Building such a structure is no small task, so we anticipated every detail of cost, construction, and crew. The project changed on a weekly basis - from the addition of wireless antennas for warehouse phones, to re-engineering the emergency power distribution system, and even installing state of the art lighting control for the showroom.

Although the site was hectic, our operation proved to be harmonious. Everyone knew where they had to be and what had to get done. Even Edmonds Contracting realized that "it is nice to know that we should not expect anything less." Porcelanosa has since entertained a maintenance agreement with us, and there are rave reviews from the home office in Spain.

Pearson Education, Old Tappan NJ
Industrial

An empty warehouse proved to be our canvas in creating the Pearson Education printing facility. We completely designed and built this custom print shop, as well as added a new distribution system, buss duct, and lighting. In just four months of steady work, a place gained a purpose. The department who occupy the space love their new work environment. Sales have gone up, which means there is room for expansion.
